Policies
A credit card is required to book all spa service. All spa services are on a time schedule basis. Please plan to arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. All cell phone must be turned off upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that Reservations are not confirmed until they are guaranteed by a credit card. Once guaranteed, a 24 hour advance notice is required to cancel a spa appointment. All cancellations are subject to a $20.00 administrative fee.
